Holy smokes you are a brave risky fellow. That is a nice sized mako, and actually very impressive in a yak. I once fished for threshers out of newport in my 12ft scrambler XL. Hooked and brought shark up to surface in about 30 seconds only to realize it was a 150-200# mako green with fury. I've never cut my line off so fast in my entire life.
