Trying to Buy A Fully Loaded Kayak Set up for Around $400 - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

At that price it's going to be hard to get a fully loaded kayak. I do have a 15 ocean kayak with a Werner paddle, upgraded seat, round center hatch for storage. Boat also has a rudder with the sale. I'm going to post the kayak in the for sale section this weekend. Excellent fast kayak too and the paddle makes staying out all day a breeze.
