I saw that last night on that web cam. I went to the web cam site to see if the luminescence due to the red tide were visible to the camera. I couldn't believe how many people some with their kids, were all on the sand to see the waves light up. I keep saying it and can't come to another conclusion "People are frickin STUPID!
