Welcome to the BWE Community. Congrats on the first surf launching, the launching are no big deal, it's the landing were thing can go wrong. Nice day out there today too bad the wind picked up and made it a very strong current and very choppy on the outside.

Congrats on getting out there. You'll get better at launch and landing and then one day you'll think you got it and get lazy and complacent and neglect to strap down your favorite setup. That'll be the day a surprise set sneaks up on you...Ask me how I know
