That livewell is a great idea! They should make a mesh vent for that (I'm thinking hollow threaded pass-thru with a domed wire mesh top) to keep baits from getting sucked against it. Seems like a couple pieces could make a healthy home in there - without the electric bilge pump. Possibly an aftermarket macerator for those coffee induced mornings as well? "Sorry candy macks, you gotta make way for a lunker brown trout."

Those side hatches/foot pads are an awesome idea too. Very innovative!

Doug, it was supposed to go back to the factory yesterday, but I still have it. Call me if you are coming this way and see if it is still here.

This looks like it could work 12 volt free "panga style" for a few baits
But does it suck at speed? I mean when you're paddling does the water level drop?

I like the well thought out, fishing oriented cock pit. When are they going to get peddles?

COOL! The X-14 Looks awesome and very functional! What a tough choice people are gonna have with all the killer new boats we have. I'll put pics up of the new Tarpon's soon also.

With the livewell right between your legs, do your danglies stay dry? If it's wet, that'll still make a great tackle box. Nice!
