I don’t have a new PA but I have the same issue for mine it usually wiggles through the front hatch, on mine at least. I find more water on the super choppy days or the hardcore surf days.

I just warrantied my old hobie PA 2017 for a huge crack got a new 2020 took it out for its maiden voyage I noticed some water like you mentioned. Pretty sure it got in there from the surf crashing over the top as I waited for the perfect time to launch. My old hull with the crack would fill with gallons of water which is not normal. I'd just check for water through the hatch door before and right after you launch to see if that's it my white hatch storage sometimes gets 1/3 full from a rough launch. I'm sure your fine. If you do ever notice a crack in the future bring it up with your hobie dealer immediately don't procrastinate.
