Hi this morning someone asked me if I or a friend had lost a PFD with radio. I replied, I had not and didn't know anyone who had. He placed it on the top post of the wooden poles fence at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club building by the Avenida de la Playa entrance to the beach. Hope that helps, but people always leave things found hoping the owner will find it.
