Hah! Yanni, I was on your site today to get tips for the first time making fried fish tacos, or the first time frying the tortillas with the raw fish inside. Really good! Thanks for the Fisherman's Belly!
For years have battered the fish, but this time I put the fish in raw, with spices, then fried. Delicious! I use the Baja Spice from Fisherman's Processing, really good. |

Back in the sixties my cousin and I used to make those tacos at my Uncle's restaurant in Huntington Park Ca. I'm sure we ate more than we made!
