Yah, no cotton for sure. I wear a 2mm wetsuit bottom and thick socks under my stockingfoot waders with a belt. I wear a long sleeve UV shirt, then a thicker hooded UV version over that and have a frogg togg hooded top to break the wind....and a knit dome hat. If it's really cold, I stay home, drink coffee and watch youtube fishing videos
