I have been corrected, the first one is a Rubberlip Seaperch (not a tarpon nor a snook lol). The second is a Grass Rockfish distinguished by the black spots or splotches. is it just me, or is there too damn many rockfish that look almost exactly the same? maybe we should just call em red ones and brown ones?

Doh. The last one is a Brown Rockfish. Still not sure bout the Perch. But pretty sure it is not a Rubberlip Seaperch. Back to square two I guess.
