Im no tree hugger but in the case of T-sharks sometimes fishermen are their own worse enemies. How many steaks or freezers full do you need? DFG considered regulating T-shark fishing last year and MLPA is on the menu now.

You cant regulate common sence.

I feel the same about the White Sea Bass I don't keep any.

he probebly has a comercial liscense or soemthign where hes selling them to the market.
