or the greek is just pulling our leg - his old man is more like 85...  love sargo... simmilar mediteranean treat - "pic" ? that squid looks damn tasty. try frying 'em 'n its ink & olive oil? Lil cuts to empty and clean, don't wash the ink. add lil water. toss 'em on cold.

that fish looks AMAZING..
 Recipe please!!!!!!!!!!!!!... ive been "trying" to replicate that dish at Jamrock /encinitas with the snapper in brown stew, whole fish fried, then sauteed in some sauce with red peppers... absolutly amazing................ |
