I really appreciate the push for the afternoon and evening times! They're a lot easier to schedule with work. I'll be attending both the 1:30 and 7:00 pm meetings.

I'm no public speaker, so take this with a grain of salt. I think it helps your message get across if you can stay within whatever time limit they set. Once the clock runs out and the light goes on, I think everyone stops listening to the message and starts wondering how long until the person is told to wrap it up. Or maybe I just have a short attention span.
