I am watching this thing online and am very confused. If the BRTF is not going to decide anything, why is the meeting still going on and what are they talking about?

Just a thought, if this thing is getting passed on to DFG and DFG does not have the funding to enforce any of these regulations, what is the point? Does anyone have a feeling for where this is headed?

after all is said and done.

The December repeat is just my read of the situation based on my limited knowledge and viewing of todays meeting.
