I believe Dos Ballenas was the one doing the study, and you don't need to hire a guide ya just need to get another one of those irons!

yepper, Chromis punctinpiunus... or blacksmith...

how deep were they... usually they hang in and near the kelp, but sometimes are found off in deeper water...

I'm still interested in collecting specimens if you get anymore...

I've caught 2 of those fish a few months back. Showed it to Eric to ID and said, "I dunno either, if it ain't white, yellow or flat, throw it back." So I did. What kind of study are they doing on them??
