Sounds like I need to get out there. 10 years of Kayak Fishing and I have yet to get my Thresher despite attempting to get one....

Bait rod clicker started screaming halfway through the yo yo crank. I thought "I'll finish this crank up and set the hook." Rod was still screaming as I picked up the rod to set the hook... Fish dropped the mack immediately, came back with a crushed head  Lesson learned.
