looks like they were towing that dingy and backed the suv to close to the surf which caused the tires to sink in. Ouch!

thien, how did you make that image capture. I watched the whole thing and tried to save the image to now avail. Must be a newerbie. Just like standing on the sand when the waters coming in and going out. The sand washes out from under your feet.

I watched them back the trailer into the water to load their dingy. By the time they were done, their car had already sank into the sand.

To top it off, the tide was coming in! They ended up unhooking the trailer and dragging it up to the beach. I don't know how they got the car out...
