Nope, not in SD it was at Cabrillo in San Pedro. (Where the wind meets the surf).

whats happening is your camera meter is being fooled by the bright backround. next time put the sun at your back and take the photo.

The sun was at my back, but that bright white truck in front might have been doing the same thing. Thanks for the tip.
