How do i tie my top bouys on my hoop nets ???

The method Adam uses is a good one! You string the line through the buoy and attach some weight (5 oz?) to the end of that line so that it sinks back down and automatically controls the height of the line to keep the line vertical and the buoy right above the net without any line hanging around the surface.
