Gotta say that looks like one hard core project!
 Always wondered if and when someone would attempt this.Question for either of you: How are you lining up the "drive" to the keel to keep aligned? Are you fabricating some type of form or chalk lining the drive & keel for alignment? If your off a bit will you go in circles?
