Looks like you launched at the Newport Coast Guard Station. Have they finished the construction there yet. How was the fishing in the Harbor?

99.9% of the time when we go out we head south towards Laguna or out for Threshers. Never fished in the harbor.

The walk way down to the launch is completed. You might have to move a cone, but its pretty much done.
