I went down to P.V. Cove two weeks ago. They had a 22' panga on the rocks. No one was around just alot of wet clothes and black plastic bag. They said it was smugglers. They did not catch them.

Thats not cool. If you chance upon those guys on the water, or on shore, theyll likely bury you
