Thanks for the report. If you don't mind, I will piggy back this thread and post mine from today....

Big Toe, on a brick, in my back yard. Being stupid is fun.

Congrats.

It was old school for sure. Straight 25lb PLine on a slow trolled sardine @ N.W.
It was my clients fish, all I did was drive the sled and keep them out of trouble. The fish found some deep stringers in 90' so there was some anxious moments but they did a great job as the three of them shared in pulling on the this nice Yellowtail. This was mid morning yesterday with very little boat or kayak traffic. No one around N.W. at the time as they were all up at the 1/2. The terns were picking about but no fish up splashing around.
It's the middle of August on a Friday and hardly anyone fishing.

Well......if you like to keep it that way it is probably best to keep the timely reports to a minimum. Also, giving away depths and locations usually doesn't help with crowds either.

I'm not trying to pick on you specifically but I'm seeing a bad trend here in the reports.

It's a big secret that dragging a bait in that area at that depth with terns picking might result in a fish.
There was a time on this board when we used to share information but I guess that's "old school."

For the few of us that are out in lj year round, its a BUMMER to have a bite blown out and see all the computer lurkers clog the grounds.

Make friends out there pm people.

times have changed. theres higher gas prices. more boaters/kayakers. Not to mention lj's fishing grounds could be getting a lot smaller in October!!!

Well, let's just keep it that way, and not use the internet at all.
If you're just a lurker, you are a turd.
But, that doesn't explain non-disclosure for the rest of us, who think sharing is in our best interest.
