Is there a special license required by DFG for bugging? or will my 2011 - Sport Fishing License (Res) be OK?

You need a lobster gps controlled by DFG report card

And be certified.....just pass the ez online certification , and be able to spot the female from male lobster from 30 depth, and you in....simple
