Are your feet bone dry?

My feet are always bone dry! I can't say the same thing about te bottom of my butt. I use the kokatat pants with built in socks. I wear wool socks then I slip onto my kokatat pants and put on some neoprene booties. My seat is aways wet because of the two scuppers holes under it so in turn my seat gets wet and the wetness aborbs into the pants butt seam which in turn gives me a wet butt. Either that or i don't wear the high enough
