Mahi Mahi Ceviche Ceviche

Last Wednesday I did a drift trip out of Boynton Beach, FL. This time I did not have to bring any Little Tunny home as I caught Blackfin Tunas for Poke!

Made an original Poke recipe -- thanks to the experience of using others.

On the way in I caught a surprise!

I was stoked and ready to try making Mahi Mahi Ceviche!

I used a recipe from the Food wishes Blog with chef John

https://foodwishes.blogspot.com/search?q=MAHI+

On this recipe, I swapped out the radish for mango, added a little red pepper for color, and ate it on a Tostado instead of tortilla chips. The fresh fish recipes are becoming addictive!

Thanks Chef John!
