I have it for my revo 13 and have no issues, being smaller makes it nice for stowing to launch.

thanks for your input! because the cart is smaller do you have to strap the cart alot more towards the rear?

Not necessarily, I usually strap near the rear but yesterday I was strapped near the middle to load and there wasn't any issues. Depends on how much gear I have loaded and how much I want to lift and pull at the same time.
