Noobs in La Jolla

Hey guys,

Looking for some local knowledge. My buddy and I are heading to LJ on Sunday for some YT action. Haven't got one this year yet. We are pretty knowledgable with OC harbor fishing but are a little list when is comes to SD county. I have launched out of LJ once a few years ago. Went deep for the WSB but all I got was a good paddle workout. Planning to make bait outside of the reserve. I have a few setups for dropper and flyline. Any words of wisdom or good juju would help. Appreciate it. I really appreciate this community and the comradery.
