since i have no luck with yellows, i figure i'd try something different but not sure about any of this white sea bass fishing. haven't seen you guys post any catches, but then again reports are usually 2 weeks late here anyways. lol. but would it be worth it to launch sometime after midnight and fish till morning for the ghosts this time of year? and say you were doing such a thing, would you focus on deeper water or outside the kelp line?

Ridiculous coastal squid, make this a possibility. Put in your time out there and you will be rewarded. They are not around in volume until they are setting up to spawn, but there are chances. On the squid grounds or near the kelp.
