where does the seat go...looks like it will hold quite a bit of water...
I don't know about being out in the swells with it, unless it had a big bilge pump...I am sure it would be fine for inside the bay though...

They post some videos of guys going thru the surf and ocean use but your right it appears their audience is more calmer waters. I bet it wouldn't be to difficult to adapt a Hobie PA or Jackson Cuda seat for added comfort.

Have you road tested a PA yet? I know they are spendy but health and comfort are reasons to maybe spend a little more...I am teetering on a PA myself...

Don't think i need to spend the money on a pedal type kayak when I already know my legs won't allow that kind of perpulsion system. No need to buy parts I won't ever use. That's why the Jackson Cuda is also interesting.
A paddle boat with a good seating arrangement.
