Pro Staff is short for Promotional Staff. Typically you get a deal on a kayak in return for promoting the brand at different events and in your everyday life. Some require you to write articles, hold seminars, enter events, what ever the deal you make is. personally I love the Cuda 14, I brought one down to SD last year and paddled it around, even took it by OEX to show it off.
