Check out whitewater kayaking dry pants, and splash tops too. Google that and you will find many brands and qualities of waterproof clothing.
Kokatat is the best quality brand and the price reflects their clothes. Immersion Research (IR) is another very quality company, NRS company has turned themselves around and now make quality water clothes. Stohlquist is good, Palm makes good stuff. There are many types and styles to choose from such as gortex, breath able materials, waterproof booties sewn in, rubber gaskets around ankles so you can go barefoot, bib style, etc. Hope this helps. Kokatat makes some pretty great stuff for us outdoorsmen. Give them a try? Their prices aren't quite the best but you get what you pay for and their customer service is good! Just ask Jorge
