Sounds familiar......

I launched around 1 p.m. in tiny surf, went north and loaded up on tiny greenies, caught a couple Leopard sharks fishing for Halibut (again ), and headed to the point for more large Bonita (5 lb-7 lb) than you could possibly want. I didn't bring the sonar, but according to the finger test it was around 66.5 degrees , with 10' of vis at the half, and 15' of vis past the 3/4, with very light wind and a mixed swell. On a positive note, there was a ripping downhill current in the afternoon. I think I'm using large greenies for bait tomorrow.
