I've recommended, and been quite happy with, the Uniden MHS75 in the past. They're not crazy expensive and waterproof. They advertise as floating... I actually had one turn upside down on its clip without securing the lanyard, and it sank to the bottom out at San Clemente
 The company was actually cool enough to send me one for free just for asking.
