No biggie.....

Rental kayak tourists ....

A local kayak fisherman with a depth-finder (or someone who can count the cranks of the handle on the reel ) is one thing, even without a GPS or compass, maybe fishing up north in the pier area and staying in relatively shallow water. The fish could care less about the fog, wind, and most weather that make fisherman go back to bed, especially when fishing on the bottom .

Now, for tourists with very little ocean experience, and no electronics in pea-soup fog....I'll be watching the news tonight .
