How hot and how humid summer vs winter.
For about 9 months of the year, the AC runs 24/7. The rest of the year the AC comes on periodically.

During the summer months temps in the 80-90's with 80-90+% humidity. It is not like SoCal where it can be a dry 80 outside and comfortable. 80 degrees with 80 percent humidity is uncomfortable in anything but flip-flops and shorts.

The brief 3 cooler months of the year(winter) temps are in the 70's with comfortable humidity.

Most the clothing I wear kayak fishing is for sun protection. There might be two or three trips during the colder months when I need a neoprene jacket to stay warm.
