I spoke at the Carlsbad and mainly fish Dana but I spoke to keep fishing open in all the areas.

It mentions all areas, to include Pt Dume/Malibu, PV, La Jolla, and I'm I'm sure I got Dana Point in there.

The main idea of the video is asking them to give us safe areas to fish.

It is quite professional.
