Matt, I guess it could be a little clearer, as we do change things up every year.

One fish per month is counted toward your 12 month/ 12 possible submissions.

Does the 48 hour rule apply this year? Or can you submit whenever you see fit?

Josh, again a change over last year.

You just have to have our monthly sub in by 11:59 on the last day of the month.

That is a good enough scale, some old K Mart POS spring scale is not.
