I agree,catching one of those can ruin a good part of the day. What a waste of time,kinda like catching a bat ray,imo. Plus they wear on the drags. They were THICK up north thats for sure. Do like Wade...don't kill one .

And if you do decide to kill one - dont feel like you did something wrong. They taste good and you can keep 2 a year. Someone elses conscience doesn't make it law, or your own desire to harvest a great creature...
