Thats sweet it took me weeks for my first hali on my yak congrats. I always thought those rapalas would be a lot stronger for the money you pay for them , the cudas always broke mine after 20 or so fish so i stoped useing them and started useing castmasters.

I did some of that, but I caught almost all of my fish today on the troll.

I was pretty surprised to see that flatty come up. I really want to get into a larger model. That's a good tip on the kastmasters. I hadn't thought to use those in the salt.

Dude i have the exact same lure, and my fishing never turned out like that. I am going to be using that in Shelter island next Sunday!!

It dives to 12 feet. It probably had its nose digging in the sand when I hooked that butt.
