Just curios.....why is the fish weigh in location so far from the fishing grounds/launch site?

It's a for a GOOD cause. I'm in and I suck at fishing! Come on you kayak pros sign up so they can plan the event accordingly. Last year was my first and I really enjoyed it! You guys did a great job and I look forward to this year.
