OH very nice! Love rockfish!!! NOw that's the kind of recipie I can follow salt, pepper, olive oil..........tastyfish!!!

Very nice, like the receipe, simple to the point and you gat an "A" for presentation...that looks like my next din din for sure...thanks

Wow that looks so good! How do you get the fish not to stick on the grill?, or is that what the olive oil is for? I gotta try this, hopefully I slay some rock fish on friday or at least some sand bastards!
